REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
LTL Consultants, LTD., is seeking an experienced RLA for a full-time job opening in our Oley, PA office. We offer a wide variety of municipal projects including those involving grants, sustainable planning, trails, ordinance preparation, stormwater management, site design and construction activity.
Essential Duties
- Public sector land development projects including parks and recreation project, trail and greenway planning, and commercial redevelopment projects in suburban settings.
- Prepare land development documents
- Review landscape plans, and planning services
- Preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details and applications
- Prepare hid documents and manage construction activities
- Limited field inspection
- Work with other Staff Professionals to assist in the development of designs, permitting, and construction plans for land development and municipal projects
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture or related fields.
- Minimum years of experience: 5 years of related experience.
- Computer skills required: AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of modeling programs like Sketchup, Lumion, and Review are preferred, but not required.
- Working knowledge of ArcGIS is preferred, but not required.
- Applicant should have experience from developing large-scale master planning to detail construction documentation
- Experience preparing site, grading, and planting plans.
