LTL Consultants, LTD., in business for 25 years in southeastern Pennsylvania, has a full-time job opening in our Oley, PA office for Civil or Environmental Engineers with Land Development and Municipal Experience.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in civil design or municipal services with a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Candidates should have experience in the following areas; construction inspection, site grading, hydrology and hydraulic calculations, stormwater management, and wastewater collection systems. Knowledge of municipal ordinances, review of subdivision and land development plans and PADEP permitting is desired. All candidates must be competent in Auto CAD and/or GIS.
Strong emphasis is placed on the ability to effectively communicate technical information, orally and in writing, in a professional manner to contractors, developers, property owners, employees, consultants, other governmental agency representatives, municipal officials and the general public. Skill is required with reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, specifications and contract documents. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers to utilize technical skills to verify and improve public and private projects.
